Thought this was excellent and simple too. It's not rocket science is good customer service, some useful tips among the excellent referral to common sense and common courtesies; in a few words treat others as you would wish to be treated (only do it first!)

Course was a good 1st level introduction to achieving high standard of customer service practices within your business.

Bit to much to take in

Informative and easy to understand.

I found the questions informative and the short test was untimed which helps when you are completing it around other work commitments.

Good presentation

This was a good presentation but maybe a minimum of two questions at the end of each section would be more beneficial. Unable to print the certificate though.

It was good.

Very prevalent for any business and their employees. We become very complacent within our working environment – forgetting who our clients are (everyone!) and our approach to everyone – body language, speech etc. It covers it very well in a succinct manner. As well as good for new members of staff I think it is a positive reminder to existing members of staff too
