A generic course, which made it slightly boring. A little too long also. But well presented and clear.

I thought the people in the videos were vert stereotypical (in gender & ethnicity) Also some of the question were poorly worded. I did not understand the question on the one I got wrong.
Useful if you have never worked before.
It would be more useful to young people who have never worked before or people that have been warned about poor practice in customer service not as a "mandatory training". I can see its usefulness, but not its not something I ever want to do again.
