I thought this course was excellent.
I enjoyed the course and found it very comprehensive. One thing that could be improved was to synchronise the speaker's words with the audio. He was ahead of the script which made it difficult to watch. Otherwise I thought it was great. I have delivered Customer Service training myself over a half-day session and found your course was very effective in just 35 minutes. Thank you.

Clear and concise information
Gave a good insight into how positive customer service can impact the business. Shame the slides cut short before they had completed the message
