The video was useful.
The video was very informative, brief and to the point, I appreciated that it didn't talk down to me and that it gave me a greater understanding of how I can improve my customer service. The unskippable nature of the video lost it points, however for a course that is so short that wasn't much of a concern. I would recommend removing the option to make videos unskippable Or make it so you can read a summary for re-takes instead of re-watching.
