It's a very good course

I really enjoy doing the course.

Could be tailored better

I have little verbal contact with clients, I was asked back into the company after retiring to assist in a new department to give benefit of my experience, so I am an older person. I saw no "older" experienced people in the survey.

Fresh

I found the course to be highly engaging, and the concepts were explained in a manner that was easy to understand. Although I have undergone various customer service training sessions in the past, this particular course stood out as unique. I appreciate the straightforward approach it took, and it provided me with fresh perspectives and points to contemplate upon.
