GREAT COURSE + TRAINING
the course is very helpful in understanding the different ways of customer service we can provide to our internal and external customers whether it is verbal or non-verbal. Providing us with the knowledge and detailed information in recognising ourselves the ways we can tailor the service to each and every individual customer.
