Overall good
Course was informative and well presented on the whole – however I would not like to be served by the lady in the red checked shirt on the "telephone service " sections as she looked as if she were laughing at the chap who was being used to present the section.

Customers are the most important aspect of any business, firm, or organization. Employees deal with customers on a daily basis. Therefore, it is necessary for them to know how to deal with customers appropriately.
Short to the point.
Just a refresher course on good manners & communication.
