Really enjoyed the information

Great refresher information for me. Good customer service is so important. Videos are great reminder to experienced people and a brilliant introduction for any one starting out in a customer service role.

I am of the older Generation and for the last 3 years I have done a lot of Training on IHASCO, Understood so easily, and time to take notes as well Thank You

Good but would have preferred to actually hear the real life examples – just having one person delivering the dialogue is a bit tedious. Real videos would have added more interest.

Confidence is all about.

It gave me the confidence that I can do the customer service, safe, poperly. I'm hoping that the customers will see the difference and the benefits, as I will try my best to apply the learning skills. Good job and Thanks

Good but could be better

If this was the only Customer Service Training I received, I would have been somewhat confident but not completely confident going forward with all that I watched and learned. There wasn't enough Customer Service scenarios, examples, interactions as a means to truly learn.

Just a little too long.

Well presented and situations covered well. Some interesting facts and good advice.

Simple and easy to follow

The whole course seemed comprehensive and clarifies what customers should receive

Fast-forward function?

Not skip to the back, but like, make it go faster than this pace maybe? I know Linkedln Learning had this function (well it have both fast forward and scroll past the whole video function actually, but the second one maybe not much of a good idea)
