Found it pointed to things in myself and also in other people I know and love.
Taking Time to address your Psyche.
Speaking to ones self verbally or inwardly by thought as Nobody knows You Better than U, evaluate ones own Psychiatric Train of thought, strengths ,weaknesses, doubts, guilt and accountabilities with the view to seeking positive actions to improve, maintain mindfulness and spread positive outcomes to help and enlighten others in their time of need.
