This course gives the basic knowledge of mental health but most importantly how to maintain good mental health and what to do if your experienccing bad mental health

Very informative, will apply this to my everyday life

This has reminded me of the mental health things that i have been meaning to do for a while but keep forgetting, for example writing a to do list then ticking it off every day. Keeping motivated and physically active. I think these are amazingly helpful and i look forward to more of this content.
