Good course.
Good course and really useful even though I didn't get great results on my test which I done to the best of my ability but I know I have good motivational skills and have the ability to adapt when working in an new environment and I can keep myself fit to a reasonable level.
Not as good
A lot of glitching & frozen frame in middle of the course which is ironic as your dealing with how not to stress

A great course about health fitness and wellbeing being certainly worth doing I've been impressed with all four courses the best I've certainly done going into a newjobandi actually enjoyed doing them it's been a great experience for me.

The answer is always in the question ,step back reassess react positivity.
A good overview with practical ideas
A good overview of resilience. There's a good mix of narrative and additional reading material. Lots of easy practical tips to experiment with.
Helpful content
Useful exercise to either get back on track or sense check existing methods used to improve resilience in the work place – I got 100% (just saying)!
Makes you think.
Educational, interesting easy to access and enjoyed the multiple choice questions also not to long.
