I liked clear examples to fully understand the ideas and techniques that can be used to achieve changes that help.
Good overall information
This course was very informative but a lot of common sense too. It made me think about how I deal with things on a day to day basis whether work or personal life related. Think this is good especially at this moment in time when most people are working from home therefore have limited contact with colleagues, gets things back into perspective again.

Good and informative
As it is the first time I have completed this type of training I thought that it was well delivered at a good pace and gave a different outlook to things that you sometimes take for granted.
Good but could be more sensitive
Whilst I found some parts of this course rewarding I can clearly see how some may find elements uncomfortable.
