Simple but clear introduction to mental health and resilience that can create a common platform for inorganization to start a dialogue about mental health awareness and how individuals can develop personal resilience to manage challenging times. Provides a beginners level introduction to the role of resilience and how a growth mindset can lead to personal and professional development.

As I have struggles with mental health issues I found this course very relevant and full of helpful information. As I suggested in my previous review of the mental health course I see real benefit in rolling this out on an annual basis in the early months of the year when people may be struggling a little more than usual.
